Landmark Financial Corporation (LFC) has been supporting small and rapidly growing businesses since 1980.
Based in Denver, CO we develop finance programs reaching across the United States specializing in unique market segments.
Please review the programs we have developed in the past and inquire on how we might build a custom financial tool to match your business model or client base.
Standard Program
These are our most popular programs used by the majority of our business clients. 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60 month terms with $1.00 buy out or 10% purchase option leases or loans.
Seasonal Program
Based in Colorado we understand seasonal industries. These programs are perfect for businesses that have fluctuating sales.
Step Payment Program
Designed for that business owner that needs to buy assets for a new business or contract that will take a few months to develop consistent cash flow. We offer lower payments for up to the first 6 months.
Extra Collateral Program
This program is ideal for the independent tradesman that is highly skilled at his trade but whose business has fluctuating demands. This owner has been in business for several years but their credit scores fall outside standard parameters, we ask for additional pieces of equipment to secure the transaction.
The 20 over 3 Program
This program is designed for those clients that have been approved through a major finance source with a 20% down requirement and they don’t have that much to put down. LFC allows the 20% to be paid over the first 3 months; this has been an effective tool to close that sale for our vendors.
No Interest Program
This program is best understood by customers. The customer divides the dealer invoice by the number of payments in the lease term to determine the monthly payment. The dealer is paid something less than dealer invoice.
12 Plus One Program
A thirteen payment program is ideal for small ticket items and allows for an easy decision for the customer to pay cash or finance. This program requires dealer participation.
Music 365 Program
This “zero payments for 1 year” program has been specifically developed for the Musical instruments industry. It allows dealerships to purchase new equipment and rent it to school children for the first school year prior to paying for it. This program requires dealer participation.
